For private parties and events, I understand that the party host and/or attending parent or guardian is responsible for supervising participating children throughout the event.

For workshops and classes, I understand that any supervision requirements communicated by Hello Darling Beauty or the event venue remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.*

I understand that all products, tools, and services are provided by a licensed cosmetologist and are used in accordance with professional cleanliness and safety standards.*

I acknowledge that participation involves ordinary risks associated with beauty-related activities, including but not limited to minor skin irritation, allergic reactions, accidental spills, or minor injuries.*

I voluntarily allow my child to participate and assume these ordinary risks.*

My child has no known allergies or sensitivities relevant to participation beyond those listed above.*
