Before your child joins us for a Hello Darling Beauty party, workshop, or special event, we ask that a parent or guardian complete the permission form below. This allows us to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for every little darling while also confirming photo preferences and allergy information.

I give permission for my child to participate in Little Darling Glam Party activities including hairstyling, nail polish, glitter, and temporary tattoos.

I understand the stylist providing these services is a licensed cosmetologist, and that all tools and products are used in accordance with professional standards of cleanliness and safety.

I understand these services are intended for light cosmetic entertainment and age-appropriate glam play.

I acknowledge that Hello Darling Beauty / Little Darling Glam Parties and its stylists are not responsible for any allergic reactions or accidental injuries that may occur during participation.

Allergies / Sensitivities (if any)

I confirm my child does not have any known allergies or sensitivities to cosmetic products beyond those disclosed above.

Photo Section:

There are two types of photos that may be taken during your child's party:

Take-Home Photos (For the Children):
Each child will have the opportunity to take an individual "glam" photo after their makeover.
- These photos are are printed or shared digitally as a keepsake for the child and family.
- They are not used by Hello Darling Beauty for marketing or promotion unless promotional permission is given below.
Promotional Photos (For Hello Darling Beauty)
Occasionally, photos are taken to hightlight the fun atmosphere of our events.
- These may include decor, activity setup, group photos, and individual photos.
- Your child will only be included if you give explicit permission below.
