Cancellation Policy
Appointments for Special Occasion Hair and Makeup are available for events such as proms, homecoming dances, military balls, galas, photoshoots, and other formal celebrations. Special occasion services may be booked up to 90 days in advance and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time through their booking confirmation link. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation or no show fee. Hello Darling Beauty is an on location service. Travel fees may apply based on distance from King George, Virginia. For bridal and wedding day beauty services, please submit a bridal inquiry through our wedding services page.
